This website (monrich.co.uk and its international domains monrich.fr, monrich.it, monrich.de, wearmonrich.com) is operated by MONRICH LIMITED, a company incorporated in England and Wales.

2. Products

Monrich sells men's jewellery — chains, rings, bracelets, pendants, earrings, cufflinks — in 18K gold PVD-plated stainless steel, 925 sterling silver, and matte black PVD finishes.

All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly from on-screen representation due to monitor calibration. 18K gold PVD-plated means a real 18K gold layer is bonded to a solid base via Physical Vapor Deposition — it is not solid 18K gold, and we do not market it as such.

3. Prices and currency

Prices on monrich.co.uk are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP), inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Prices on international domains are displayed in local currency (EUR on .fr/.it/.de, USD on wearmonrich.com) at the current conversion rate. MONRICH LIMITED reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the moment of order confirmation.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order placed on the site constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse an order for reasons including (but not limited to) stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — in which case we issue a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the moment of order via Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Card data is processed directly by the payment provider — we do not store card numbers.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms and timings are set out in our Shipping Policy. We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 24 hours of order (Mon–Fri); personalised orders within 2–3 working days.

7. Right to cancel and returns

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel an order without reason. Monrich extends this to 30 days for any unworn item in original condition. Full procedure in our Refund Policy. Personalised and custom-engraved items are exempt from cancellation rights unless faulty.

8. Warranty

All Monrich pieces carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects (plating failure, clasp failure, stone loss in iced pieces). The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, designs, logos, product photography — is the property of MONRICH LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. No reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent.

10. Liability

MONRICH LIMITED's liability is limited to the value of the order, except where UK law requires otherwise (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Privacy

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where the customer has rights to file in their country of residence under EU consumer law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The applicable terms are those displayed on the site at the moment of order.
