Where we ship
- United Kingdom — Royal Mail Tracked, free over £60
- European Union (FR, DE, IT, ES + 38 other EU countries) — DPD/DHL Tracked
- International (US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand) — DHL Express or FedEx
Dispatch times
- Standard items: ship within 24 to 48 hours of order (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays)
- Personalised & engraved items: 2–3 working days to engrave + dispatch
- Custom designs (uploaded crest, custom calligraphy): 5–7 working days to design + engrave + dispatch
Delivery times
- UK Tracked: 5–8 working days
- EU Tracked: 5–8 working days
- International Express: 8–10 working days
All delivery times start from dispatch date, not order date.
Shipping costs
- UK orders under £60: £3.95 standard, £6.95 next-day
- UK orders over £60: free standard
- EU: from €4.95 standard, exact cost at checkout
- International: from £12.95, exact cost at checkout
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Track at any time. If you don't receive the tracking email, check spam or email contact@monrich.co.uk.
Customs and import duties
EU and international orders may be subject to customs charges or import duties on arrival in the destination country. These are not collected by us, they are charged by the destination country's customs authority. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, email contact@monrich.co.uk with your order number. We open a claim with the carrier and either re-ship or refund within 7 working days.
